Most orders ship via USPS and will be hand delivered by your postal carrier.
We ship within the U.S. including APOs/FPOs and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for in stock orders to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing time.
Shipping time does NOT include processing time. Most orders have a ship time of 2-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the shipping timeframe. Shipments may ship in multiple packages as most of our orders are shipped from one of our two warehouses located in Utah and California. Once your in stock order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
If an item has an extended shipping time it will be indicated as "preorder" on the items collection page photo and on the add to cart button. Preorders are items not currently in stock in our warehouse. These items will be delivered to you, including processing time, in approximately 10 to 15 business days.
Preorder item shipping labels are created when we have confirmation that the item is in transit, on its way to our warehouse. This ensures that the item is held just for you, out of the inventory received. Preorder items have not yet shipped at the time you receive notification of a label being created.
Once your order becomes in stock at our warehouse it will be packed for shipment and shipped within 1-2 business days.
You will be charged for preorder items at the time your order is placed.
